DeWayne has been reading, reading, reading to understand the driving in Fiji. After reading the book three times, he decided it was time. However if you take your test in an automatic transmission car, you can’t drive standard shift cars, so he borrowed a standard shift to practice.
He went down prepared for a challenge. They did not ask him ONE question from the book. They just took him out for a short driving test.
The only complication was they don’t take photos, so we had to find someplace to take passport photos. All said and done – it was a piece of cake.
